The premium cacao beans for our Trailblazer roast are farmed in the foothills of the Andes mountains and forests of the Peruvian Amazon by cooperatives of cacao farmers. The cacao beans are of the Criollo variety known for their exquisite flavour.
Expect rich cocoa, vanilla and hazelnut flavour notes.
Brews in your cafetière! Don’t forget to stir halfway through the brewing time to release the delicious dark chocolate flavours.
Once brewed, add milk and sweetener of choice or enjoy it as it comes!
